FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I Come Visit the Farm?

We would love to have you visit our self serve farm stand located in our driveway before our property gate. We are at 5725 26th St Rio Linda, Ca, 95673.

The farm is not open to the public. We live on the property and our 3 little dogs really like their privacy. If you have a specialty order we will arrange for a pick up time in advance so that we can make sure to be prepared for your visit.

Do You Do Custom Orders?

Sure do! Click here for details and to fill out a request form. Or you can give us a call Monday- Friday (916) 915.4050

Do you do weddings?

Yes, but we do them a little different here. We offer DIY buckets of blooms in simple color schemes or a la cart packages of bouquets and wearable flower jewelry. We do not do on-sight installations or centerpieces. Our happiest couples are those that want to support local farmers and have very flexible expectations of the final wedding vision. The “go with the flow” couple who just wants amazing flowers are our BFFs. To learn more and start the process for a consultation and quote please fill out the CONTACT US form with your wedding date and as much detail as possible and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

Want more details about our Flower Subscriptions: Read below

Our Flower Subscription is a way for flower lovers like yourself to buy local, seasonal flowers directly from our farm. Here are the basics:

We offer 30 subscriptions a year to help us fund our basic operational needs through the winter when the flowers aren’t blooming. Interested flower lovers (that’s you) purchase a full season, monthly or seasonal subscription and in return receive a unique bouquet of flowers delivered every week or once a month for the duration specified in your subscription level.

Our base price is for Farm Pick Up. You can let us know if you would like to pick up in the morning or evening and we will set your flowers out in a bucket of water at our driveway stand for you to pick up at your convenience.

Deliveries happen Monday Mornings from 4am-8am. Yep, I’m an early bird! We try to get them to your front door before you have to leave for work. Occasionally the weather might cause this to change the delivery time or day. This happens more often in the spring time when we have big rain and wind storms that just aren't safe for anyone to be driving in.

Subscription Bouquets DO NOT come with a vase. We will send out an email reminder each Sunday evening to set out a vase full of water for us to drop your bouquet into. We can keep our subscription costs more economical this way and reduce waste. If you do happen to forget we will leave your flowers in a clean recycled sauce jar or yogurt can.

For this reason, if you are buying a subscription AS A GIFT we recommend you let the recipient know the night before their first delivery. No one wants a security camera alert that a stranger is fumbling around on their front porch at 5am…and we don’t like to trespass. Even if it’s with a pretty flower arrangement.

Spring is a bit tricky and we never know exactly which week our subscriptions will start. We will send you an email letting you know when your first bouquets will be available for pick up (or delivered) and details about how to care for your flowers.

Subscriptions are on a first come first serve basis as we only have a limited capacity for delivery.

Payment is due in full by March 1, 2023 if you are on a payment plan, or at the time you sign up.

In general Subscriptions are non-refundable and you can’t cancel once the season has started. You are making a commitment to support the farm for the long haul and we in turn take our commitment to deliver the best flowers possible to you every week very seriously. Even if that means we need to take a loss and get help from a neighboring flower farm. We plan crops 6-9 months in advance for our subscription members and don’t always have an extra outlet for selling those flowers. We do understand there are extreme cases and will work to come to an agreement that works for everyone.

Delivery option is subject to the farmer’s discretion. Most addresses in the Rio Linda, Elverta, Natomas, and Antelope portions of Sacramento County will qualify but please double check with us. Some areas may not allow us to deliver based on zoning regulations or might not be feasible within our time frame. If you are in an area like Folsom or Davis and can get a few of your friends to sign up and one person to offer to be a host for all the bouquets then we can deliver 3 or more subscriptions to one address for pick up.
